"House was very clean and just as pictures show. Very quiet spot but still close to the boat ramp and town for coffee, groceries, fuel, etc. Host was very responsive before and during especially being flexible with check in/out times. Excellent AC was much appreciated in the heat. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms spread out for our large group, never ran out of hot water. Made good use of the main floor and downstairs sitting areas with a great setup downstairs with kitchenette, couches and large TV...

"We came in from New York to visit family in Kentucky and family from Oklahoma came in as well. We stayed here for the week and celebrated our Thanksgiving meal here. The home is beautiful and comfortable! We visited with the host and she made us feel like we were part of her family. This is the second time we stayed here and we will be back!!"

"It was nice to stay all together with the family. The Blackstone grill was a perfect touch cooking for a group of 11 people. That make breakfast and dinner a breeze! We enjoyed an evening at the fire pit. TV's in each sitting area was nice for the ball game watchers. Roku and Amazon ready for your log in. Great touches. Thank you for making our funeral trip much nicer."

"The pictures of the property on here are beautiful but seeing it in person is amazing. We spent so much time on the deck in awe of the view everyday. Because of all the amenities provided for the lake we were able to have fun right away with kayaking and fishing. There is also a deck with a ladder for swimming. It was so serene and made us feel connected with nature again. The property feels safe with a large gate and lock keeping the entry to the drive secure and a large front yard for the kids...

"So Clean! I love how they are refurbishing an old school. The bathroom might be small, but all the little things, like crayon band aids & make up wipes really put this place above a hotel stay!"

"Our family loved our weekend getaway in this cabin. It felt remote and private yet still conveniently near Lake Cumberland State Park. The interior was clean and updated and plenty of essential supplies were available. The exterior had a large wrap-around porch with lots of seating. We will definitely return!"
