"The staff at the Hostel couldn't have been any nicer. We had a misunderstanding with our payment but Lisa and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly to all of us. "The room allocated was front facing the building unfortunately even with the windows closed does not drown out the outside noise. The room allocated on 4th floor decor was looking very tired in comparison to previous visits. The shower lever was broken and came away from the shower unit which had obviously been a problem previously for someone due to the amount of marks on the shower tray floor.
