Walk home from the ski slopes for a hot lunch around the dining room table, and take advantage of enviable on-site amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, several hot tubs, a fitness room, a cinema, and easy ski storage.

Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

nice property and location!
Very nice condo. two minor maintenance problems. Broken toilet handle upon arrival and a beeping smoke detector that took 2 maintenance calls and several hours to correct. Otherwise This is a very good location and we would recommend it.

A group of 8 guys spent a few nights here as a mini-reunion. Perfect location to access downtown and the mountain. The bed/bath situation was ideal - plenty of room for 8 adults.

Best vacay ever
This was seriously the very best family vacation we have ever had. Our accommodations were perfect. My kids loved waking up and walking through town to get French pastries for breakfast every morning. There were so many activities nearby to take part in. Even my most critical teenager had a blast. We usually like to explore other areas when planning vacations, but Breckenridge has our hearts. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Fantastic place!
We had a great time in Breck! This property was perfect in every way possible. Great view, excellent location for walking around, easy access to rent bikes, quick walk to the gondola, close to restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Bedrooms were spacious and well furnished, clean rooms all around, and the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area and living area were perfect for our large family gatherings.

Perfect location and plenty of room
Great location with a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift and downtown Breckenridge restaurants and shops. The ski valet was a nice added surprise so no need to bring all the equipment back up to the condo after a day on the slopes. The beds were very comfortable and there was so much room for our two teenagers to relax and even have their own bathrooms. We will be back to this condo in the future!

Perfect location, walkable to both the mountain & town and lots of great surprises
Wonderful condo with plenty of room for our 9 adults. Wyndam manages the whole complex and they are always available to help with any requests and very accomodating. Lots of unexpected extras including daily housekeeping and trash pickup and complimentary access to a wonderful 16 person, home theater that we used to watch a playoff game. Easy walk to the ski lifts.

Just spent 9 days in this lovely condo! Our family could not have chosen a more perfect place to spend quality time and make the most beautiful memories with our family of 9 . From the moment we opened the door you felt like you were home away from home . The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need . Your spacious and so tastefully decorated condo made it so hard to leave but be assured we will be renting again next year.
