BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and two XL twin-over-twin bunk beds in the loft area.
The primary suite boasts a king bed and a TV. Step out onto the private balcony to admire the majestic mountain views. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen bed.
Access to the two upstairs bedrooms is via the loft area.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The primary balcony is furnished with comfy armchairs and offers sprawling alpine vistas. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two on the second balcony.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a private ski locker, and shared coin-operated laundry facilities are provided.
Reserved parking is available for one car in the complex’s garage. Limited additional parking (for a maximum of one more car) may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the parking area along the side of the building.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
This unit is located on the third floor. An elevator is available.
LOCATION
Walk 12 minutes from your front door to the BreckConnect Gondola or 5 minutes to the bus stop for a free ride to the lifts.
Unique shops and tasty restaurants await on Main Street, a 5-minute walk. In warmer months, travel 1 mile to the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve or the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.
Other local attractions include the Stephen C. West Ice Arena (1 mile) and the Breckenridge Golf Club (4 miles).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
