"For an extremely friendly stay I can highly recommend Balmacara. The rooms are excellent with great views either over the Loch - front - or the mountains - back. The owners and staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. The hotel itself, being just a mile or so on this side of the Skye Bridge, is ideally placed for a day on Skye. I can also highly recommend the restaurant, which is helpful given the dearth of options in the area. "

"All my review is pertaining the Duisdale hotel which is the sister hotel of Toravaig, as due to their unplanned maintainence we were shifted to Duisdale. The 2 night stay was great and memorable, all staff was helpfull and kind. Special mention goes to Ashnita where she checked us in and was very helpful.
