"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"A beautiful, spacious, secluded, property with great country views. Peace and tranquility meant instant relaxation. Just a 2 mile drive to Foxton Locks, and a few miles to Market Harborough. Miles of open countryside which is very rolling, ideal for challenging cycling. My only criticism is that the sound insulation between the two semi detached properties was inadequate. Otherwise marvellous and we will return."

"Stayed here for Christmas at this beautiful cottage. From the time of booking, Merrick was a pleasure to deal with. He even arranged for the fire to be lit for when we got there! Upon arrival the cottage was so appealing and absolutely immaculate. It was everything that we had hoped for. It had everything that you could need and all of it was of the highest quality. "What a fantastic place to stay. Beautifully designed and in the most gorgeous of settings. Very, very clean & everything we needed was provided. Kitchen/dining full of the latest tech & appliances. Comy sofa & great tv in lounge area. The bathroom & bedroom upstairs were so lovely. The communication with Susan & being shown around on check-in by Gaia was superb. The driving instructions were spot on. A wonderful location, so quiet & peaceful with lovely views of the countryside. We thoroughly...
