"Had to move rooms which was inconvenient; booked 2 nights, was not able to change booking after I booked the first night. Had to do a separate booking and they insisted that I move rooms. Did not make sense (since they had to clean twice) but what do I know. "

"Wir sind Outdoor Liebhaber und für uns war der Aufenthalt klasse. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, es fehlte einem an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt überall super hin. Die Therme ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Total ruhiger Ort, klasse Aussicht und man kann auch Besorgungen machen ohne weit fahren zu müssen. "

Allerdings war der Kühlschrank sehr laut im Zimmer und in der Dusche war der Wasserdruck gering, so dass man mit einer Löwenmähne Schwierigkeiten hatte das Shampoo aus den Haaren zu bekommen. "The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."

"This is a lovely studio apartment and I recommend it to others. It’s in an ideal location to visit the Harz mountains. The room is well equipped and in a very quiet location but walking distance into town. The owners were there to greet us on arrival. They are a lovely friendly couple."
