"This was a great stay. We learned about the rare Purcheron horses, and got a carriage ride by one of these huge creatures! Staying here was like going back in time. Simple, comfortable stay on a working horse ranch with beautiful flowers all around. You need to bring your own food, but we were aware and prepared. Delightful hosts."

"We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . "This was truly a piece of Heaven for us. Waking up laying in bed seeing the sunrise with those views were such a treat. The home was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities one would need. The golf course was beautiful and we enjoyed the wildlife while we were there. "We stated at both the luxury apartments in the shopping center, and in one the Rondavels. The luxury apartments were excellent, particularly walkable and with convenient reserved parking (a bit hard to find). The Rondavel was (obviously) a step down (dated), but still convenient and functional. "

"Beautiful property. We went on an afternoon game drive and a morning horse ride. The horse I rode was a well trained thoroughbred with spirit but restrain. I rode up to zebra, impala and wildebeest. One of the most enjoyable rides I’ve ever been on. There is a wide variety of game on the reserve and we were given an excellent tour by a very knowledgeable guide. I would love to come back or go on another safari with this group. You come for the animals and this places does not disappoint. It does have delicious food and a lovely camp. Thank you for a lovely stay. Caution using the nearby gas station. Our cc was hacked. "
