"Large group of family (9 adults) stayed for a few days. It was very clean and several people took advantage of the sauna. Lenggries was very nice, we spent one day on the mountain, which is very convenient to the house. Walking distance to the train station so we didn't need to rent a car."

"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub beim Zipflwirt im Ursprungstal bei Bayrischzell. Vom Vermieter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit interessanten Informationen und Anekdoten rund um unseren Urlaub versorgt. Unsere Wohnung mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick in die Berge war mir viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Die Lage ist zum Ausspannen traumhaft, ein Quellwasserbeclen und eine große Liegewiese sind auch vorhanden. Wir hatten einen rundum traumhaften Urlaub ! August 2023"

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....
