"The location of the hotel was exactly what I needed and the price was lower than other similar properties in the area. The rooms are also large. Mine had a little kitchen, sitting room, and bedroom. I enjoyed having the extra space. The WiFi was fast and reliable during my stay. Although front desk staff seem to be always available, they are not stationed at the desk. I had to stand by the desk at check in and check out until someone noticed me and came over. This took a few minutes. I...

"When we checked in the air conditioning in the room was making an unbearable sound. Karma at the front desk was able to change our room. If not, I don’t think we could have stayed the night. There was NO maintenance on duty. The room was not fit for guests. Thank goodness for Karma who was helpful and kind"
