"I was staying one night in Baxter to attend the races at BIR. This was a nice little hotel that covered the bases and was well taken care of. I had no issues with my stay, and everything seemed clean. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks much !! "

"Clean and fresh"

"All of the staff were so sweet and accommodating! Our favorite go to place was Northwoods Pub for dinner and drinks. Our bartender Steve was spectacular. We stayed in the lodge, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The spa was heavenly, and the other guests there were so fun to be around. My only complaint is how quick our weekend came and went! We have already started talking about when we can come back!"

"Loved the lay out of unit. First of all the hot tub water was low. Very dirty spider webs and dusty."

"Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked."
