Location is perfect the barn itself is spotlessly clean , comfortable and as the title says cosy. Riki and her husband are great hosts . Look forward to returning here next year . "

"The cottage was about a 30 minute walk from the beach but not suitable for young children as it’s all country roads. It’s about a 5 minute drive which is great! The check in process was very simple and easy with great communication from the property hosts. The cottage had good facilities throughout as well as substantial space for parking. Bedding and bathroom were all clean and tidy apart from blankets on sofa were a bit sandy. The only aspects we would say weren’t as strong were safety /...

"Wanted somewhere special to stay as we were celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. This beautiful place certainly lived up to all our expectations. One of the best places we've ever stayed in and very conveniently located on the edge of Bude."

"Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

Bringing two side of the Family together with plenty to do on the local beaches for the surfers, whilst at the same time having something for the elders of the group and all those in between, meant it was the perfect place to stay."
