They were very understanding and refunded most of our money. "This property is exactly as advertised! Had a group of 14 guys here for a business trip and some Branson fun thrown in. All the amenities of the house were perfect and house was super clean. We used the firepit and grill numerous times and with one simple text to the property manager they had fresh propane tanks there quickly. Would definitely look to go back here with a large group again. Only "negative" I would say is the extra beds in all the rooms are futon's so not the most comfortable...

"House itself was nice. Lighting in bathrooms was poor. Makeup mirrors or hand held magnifying mirrors were needed. No Kleenex in bathrooms. Black microfiber clothes were provided to remove makeup, but do a poor job. About a dozen cotton rounds in each bathroom would be preferable. Only enough coffee for a couple days in kitchen.
