"What really made our stay was the service. As we were attending a funeral wake a huge amount of time was spent in the bar area, the staff were amazing and thank you especially to Carol who went that ‘extra mile’ searching for orange slices & special glasses for our daughter!"

"A nice hotel, well positioned for walking access to the lower town & harbour area which was great for an daytime or evening stroll & friendly welcoming staff, a clear winner on breakfast, very well cooked, plenty of choice, generous helpings . Overall a clean, tidy hotel, good sized comfortable room, the only let down was the plumbing, struggle to get hot water from taps consistently. Parking a bit limited, but walking around, even out of season, it looked like a problem for residents, never...
