Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. All the essentials and more are provided…the welcoming Afternoon tea and milk in the fridge was just the icing in the cake!…will definitely be planning another stay soon !! "

Breakfast was fantastic- freshly cooked and made exactly how you like plus all the cereals and fruit etc. Great location with the basic shops, pubs and takeaways. Train station within walking distance and just a short drive to Looe and Polperro. "
