"Beautiful hotel, but the rooms feel a little dated. Staff was wonderful. Hotel pool needs better maintenance. It’s clean and hot, but lots of leaves in the pool and the chairs that need to be cleaned/removed more often. But overall, it’s a great hotel, nice location, delicious restaurants, and wonderful experience. "

There was a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms (water leaking to ceiling below) that needs to be addressed. All else was good."

"The house is good, very well used. It is a house to which they have added beds in different rooms. Some of the rooms are compartmentalized by curtains instead of walls. We rented it for 6 friends who did not want to share a bed. We were looking for a place to stay in Sonoma for a weekend of wine and winery visits. For that, the house worked perfectly for us. "Charlotte was very helpful making sure we were comfortable. The water heater gave out, but within a day, she had plumbers installing a new one, and even quicker she got us a convenient place to shower. Also, the location couldn’t be better for a Sonoma visit. "
