"The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. My two daughters and myself had no car with us and mo extra money to pay for accomodation elsewhere, or even transport to a different property. "Lovely home, lots of space and the backyard is very quaint. My friends and I rented this for an event happening in the area locally and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the location and overall home was. It all felt very new. My only recommendation would be to make sure if you’re from outside UK to be sure to bring your own converter adapters and note that there’s no floor length mirror (we had events to dress up for). The property manager was very quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay....

Alison even decorated for us, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. Alison was very responsive before our stay in answering any questions we had, and was always available during our stay (even though it was Christmas!). "Beautiful property in a wonderful location , very clean, well equipped and cosy, beds and bed linen were heaven, kitchen with a wonderful island with stools underfloor heating and a sitting room with 2 big sofas, ideal for a cosy weekend . Lovely little courtyard garden and just off the high street so not noisy. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again if we visit Arundel "
