"Buck Inn is a beautiful historical building in a very quiet area. I do believe there were crickets in the basement, but fortunately, I love the sound of crickets. Our room, the Van Gogh, was spacious & comfortable. It doesn't have an in-room private bathroom, but since we were the only guests during our stay, the bathroom a few steps down the hall wasn't a problem. This bathroom was only in need of a shelf on which to put our things when getting ready. The in-room coffee/tea, orange juice, cream...

"This was our second time staying here. We totally enjoyed the scenery in spring and again, in winter. Surrounded by pines and a variety of mature trees with a beautiful pond, we enjoyed the privacy as well as the hot tub and wood cackling in the fireplace! The house is very comfortable with antique country style decor and finishes as well as the fully stocked kitchen and very comfy bed. Very clean and a genuine log home! We look forward to enjoying the house in fall! We highly recommend! "
