"After initially staying for 10 days we then went to the Dordogne for a week. I wish we’d have stayed here the whole time! Still you live and learn. The gite is very clean, well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space to park your car. I have to say I’m a bit fussy, bringing my own bedding and towels but I didn’t need them here. The pristine white bedding and towels were changed every 5 days. "The balcony off the kitchen was a lovely place to eat breakfast and other meals. We appreciated the beautiful scented blossom off the tree by the pool that perfumed the lounge area. Plenty of seating area in both sun and shade around the pool. Lots of space and bright sunny rooms which could be kept cool using the shutters. The chateau at La Rochefoucauld was worth a visit and we had a good meal at Au Moulin du Chateau there."
