"This is such a great place to stay if you're in the area. Great local places to eat, the parking is more than ample, the staff is so accommodating and sweet, and the rooms facing the canal are perfect. The only "issue" would be how often the trash is thrown away from the public areas (in the portico, inside the lobby and the trash cans near the lobby elevators and on each floor by the elevators). They tend to pile up for at least a day or 2. All in all, its a minor issue compared to how nice the property and the staff is."

"We were going to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. We decided to come down a day early and stay in Falmouth. The Iris looked nice online and had an indoor pool (important to my wife). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby was impressive. The pool made my wife very happy and gym had the equipment I needed. The biggest surprise was the free continental breakfast. We expected coffee, pastries, bagels, maybe yogurt and granola. In addition to that, they offered small cheese omelets, bacon, and a make your own waffle bar. We're looking forward to coming back again."
