"Alex from the front desk was amazing. I have a herniated disk in my back which gives me a lot of pain. Alex noticed that I was having a hard time with the stairs and got us a room on the first floor near an exit. No extra charge. "

"We enjoyed an excellent stay here. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. I chose here because there is a pool and hot tub. (2 hot tubs, actually). The one hot tub in the pool room did not have functioning jets which was a bummer but still it was enjoyable to us. (Things break and have to be fixed, we understand that). It's very easy to drive to uptown Butte from here, we were 7 minutes away from a couple of restaurants we chose in uptown. Two breakfast ladies, Paula and Katy (i think) engaged everyone as they quickly and efficiently went about their duties. Front desk staff was efficient and helpful as well as the cleaning staff. Kudos to all of you. Seems like a good team."
