"Seemed like a newly built hotel - wasn’t at all run down. Ample street parking on the weekends for free. Wish it were closer to more interesting dining, but the area is redeveloping and looks like several options would soon be open. They had supremed citrus on the breakfast bar which I don’t see often. I’d stay there again if there aren’t options closer to downtown. If you’ve been to a Hyatt Place built in the past 5 - 10 years, then you know what to expect. "

"Jackie and Frederick run a tight ship there. From our first experience walking in in the evening, we noticed the customer service was Top Notch! My husband and I work in customer service so we are keenly aware of when there's good personnel at a business. I had a couple of challenges with leaving on time and the staff was very accommodating to my special needs. That type of professional and friendly service is very difficult to find these days. Kudos to leadership and all of the team there for an excellent experience!! Mostly because of these wonderful people, we hope to go back to that property again. Thank you so much!!"
