"A fun and unique experience in Guadeloupe. We enjoyed the Creole style house with a view of the ocean and pool. We generally enjoyed the openness but, as others have said, you should bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper due to the evening noises from bugs, roosters, etc. Bug spray is helpful but the mosquito nets do a great job of keeping bugs away at night. The apartment is a short drive to the major beaches, restaurants, and some nice hikes. The apartment was generally clean. The pool was on the cold side this time of year but nice for a quick dip after a day in the sun. Julie provided some great recommendations for our stay and was very responsive. "

"The villa for our 6 person group was perfect - large and the decor was lovely. Kitchen was modern and well-equipped. Everything was very clean. Private pool is small. Restaurant dinner fare was delicious. Staff were helpful and many spoke English. Room refresh must be requested. Carrefore grocery is a short 6 minute drive (closed Sundays). Would absolutely stay again."
