"The owners live beside the property and met us to let us in. It’s a second floor apartment accessed via stairs onto a large covered deck, maybe 40 ft long, with hammock, dining area, deck chairs. So much outside space was great, and the house is perched on the edge of a low bluff heading straight down to the beach and the ocean, with fine sunset views every night.
