"The hotel is in good condition. I like the sauna. It was great as I arrived late after a long drive and needed to relax. The restaurant is excellent and the waiters were fantastic. The only bad experience was the blond girl (I forgot her name) at the reception, she provided a very poor service and was not qualified to work at the reception and definitely need to have training to learn how to provide a great customer service. "

"Inspite of some revues I had read this place is clean, has a great lake in front with koi carp. Very close to the shopping centre which bus and S line can be accessed through.. No tea making facilities in room but when asked they kindly gave us a kettle and cups. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"This was a mixed bag: friendly staff, reasonable price, free breakfast (excellent!)… decent beds, free parking on premises (though a bit difficult to navigate)… bathroom not very clean and the towels were terrible, ragged and threadbare… nowhere to put luggage… some areas were very run down (door stuck badly and fridge didn’t work)… but then there were some pleasant extras that were above and beyond what you would expect (large bottled water in room and refreshments in the lobby, excellent...
