"We loved it! Super peaceful, wonderful breakfast, comfortable beds and amazing staff."

"Our stay here was excellent! Check in and check out smooth. The room was it was in person as it was in the picture. Very clean and the beds were soo comfortable. I usually don’t stay at hotels where the room is not inside the hotel but the location was perfect and walking distance to shops/restaurants. It was convenient to park in front of our room and not have to use elevator or stairs to get to. The man at the front desk was very friendly and they have beach parking pass if you stay there. We were so glad because we came for a concert but wanted to spend some time at the beach. It was a distance to walk and drive not bad but they charged $50 to park! So the hotel has parking passes you can use. There is a diner right next to the hotel that serves delicious breakfast. The hotel does have free breakfast- waffles bagels coffee and juice but we wanted something different. It looked decent though for free! All in all I just want to make a trip back to the area to just stay at the hotel. "

"We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. Other teammates families stayed elsewhere and they regretted it! We had the best experience from check in to check out. Our check in was with the supervisor and she was excellent. Our checkout with another team member was also easy as can be. Our room was clean and comfortable and as expected for Hilton standards. Thank you Hilton inn Shelton!! "

"Parking was almost impossible Saturday evening probably b/c of an event scheduled. Phones not answered when tried prior to arrival. Short staffing probably was the reason for the dishes , glasses etc. covering all tables in lounge area on Sunday morning. Otherwise this is a beautiful hotel and we will book again and hope for improvement In these areas."

"Where to begin. Every inches of this property was filled to the brim with friendly helpful knowledgeable and kind staff. Even in the restaurant. The only bummer was coffee is not automatically in the room but going downstairs wasn’t the end of the world and you could ask for a French press to be delivered. Peaceful Norwalk River setting and the train was charming and relatively quiet."
