"We stayed late February to early March. Bit too cool to use the pool. Weather was fine for relaxing on the deck and enjoying coffee in the morning. We spent most of our time in St.Augustine visiting the sites so the smaller apartment worked fine.It’s a short drive into town and the area is pretty quiet. This place works well for two but if stairs are a problem look elsewhere. We’d stay there again if we were to visit the area. Hosts are friendly and accommodating,"

"Well kept property, clean, quiet, spacious. Room is big with high vaulted ceiling. Kitchenette had everything along with washer and dryer. Nice size bathroom. I would highly recommend this place for adults. Close to downtown, old district St. Augustine, shops, restaurants and night life. Sergey is a wonderful, professional host. He responded in a timely manner. "

"I will just list the items that went wrong.1) Day of check in, I had to ask for a door code. Received the door code and not another word. It was the wrong code. Fortunately the last guest left the door wide open. It took a while to find the unit on the back of the building. 2) The place was not cleaned. Dirty dishes, no bed linen in the unit.No towels of any sort. I texted the owner. He brought bed sheets and cleaned the unit. Their answer for towels was two bath towels. No hand towels, no wash...

"loved the covered wagon and interactions with all the animals. Unfortunately, we woke up (at 3 a.m.) to a temperature of 51 degrees. Did turn on the heaters in covered wagon however by 6:30 when we notified Elaine the temperature had not gone up. Could not make coffee because had the heaters on."
