"Mike's Place is basic, nothing fancy, but it's super clean and quite close to the ocean. Communication by the host was excellent. But that said, they might consider a couple things for improvement: supply some coffee and/or tea for guests; and amend the check-in and check-out times. We're all used to 3pm check-in and 11am check-out times, but their 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out are a bit extreme and cuts 6 hours out of a 2 day booking. "The apartment was so cute and located in such an amazing spot. We have twins that are 4 and every morning we would grab Starbucks and walk across the street to the park for the girls to play. We were able to paddle bordin the bay and lay out by the surf! We will be back!! We will be back!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect. We walked pretty much everywhere. We have three kids ages 10, 7 and 1 and this house was perfect for all three. Tons of toys for the beach and even toys/games for at the house. The house itself had everything we needed! Towels, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Fully stocked! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book again!!"

"We do a lot of walking when we travel. This location was a little difficult to navigate to Old Town due to the highways, but after the first day it got easier. It a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated. Inside was clean. The sleeping accommodations were nice. I did like the locking mechanism for the door."
