"We had the time of our lives here! Everything was above excellent—the staff, the facilities, our room, and above the rest was the food! The all you can eat breakfast and dinner buffet had so many options and all of them were delicious. They had western, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Unlimited drinks. Our room was spacious, tatami mat area, big bedroom, and had a large bathroom with your own onsen style bath over looking the bay and you can see mt Fuji across the water! Also the public onsen has great views overlooking the bay and mt. Fuji Last but not least, the staff is so courteous and kind, attending to your every need and want. "

"Our 2-day stay at the Kanogawa Grand Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the beach in Kanogawa and our room on the 6th floor provided an awesome 180 degree view of beach. Our room was clean and comfortable and included our own personal outdoor hot water bath (furo) and indoor shower. The room was a Japanese style room with futon beds provided nightly by the staff. A breakfast buffet was included in the cost of the room and provided excellent food variety and deliciousness. The cost of the room was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Kamogawa Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a nice beachfront hotel."

"The room I received was one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It was a standard room. I realize it was November, the off season, but the rate was very reasonable as well. The view was amazing night and day. The location of my room allowed me to leave the curtains open 24/7. To wake up to that view was amazing and the lights at night were equally relaxing. The room was clean and I wasn't afraid to sit on the furniture. The shower/jacuzzi room was recently renovated and like new. There were two things I would make mention of. First, although the room was magnificently large and spacious and very clean throughout, it was showing a lot of wear and tear. Carpet was in need of replacing and a few wall paper seams were peeling, But even though the carpet was worn I could tell it was clean. Second, I realize I'm the foreigner and I take full responsibility for being illiterate and unable to understand Nihongo. The second morning of my stay there were alarms and bells going off. I was afraid to use the elevator and walked down the eight flights of stairs, after checking first for smoke. Unfortunately no one at the front desk could tell me what was happening.
