"Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and lovely decoration throughout and with an inclusive public baths available. Kamakura is a lovely upmarket place with plenty of parks, shrines and shops. It is worth using the electric light railway to go to Enoshima island, where if you are lucky you can watch the sunset over Mt. Fuji."

"The staff had zero inviting mode. No smile, no sign of happiness. The whole place felt like a routine operation, didn't feel any warmth. Pool was not usable. No other places nearby, so you are bound to have their pricey meal option. And that too, needs to be reserved and time bound. At night the whole place lit up with many LEDs though, kids of other guests ran around. Amenities were just OK. The rooms were clean, but many things are old and worn out in the room. Honestly, it felt like staying in a business hotel in city, not a relaxing resort type."

"The hotel is really all you need. The room is not large, but good enough for a couple. Good breakfast, easy to find from the train station and close to shopping, etc. I would stay there again each time I would come to this area. "
