"We arrived a little early on Friday afternoon but the welcome was warm and accommodating and gave us useful information about Gunwharf Quays in general as well as the hotel. The hotel does a special rate for the main car park at gunwharf Quays at £2 a day which is excellent. They also have a great selection for breakfast, we were warned not to leave breakfast too late as it gets busy so we went down early and although busy it was easy to get what you wanted and the staff were very helpful. We stayed for two nights and our friends made a comment about their mattress which was very noisy and bouncy they receptionist was helpful and stayed they may be able to love room but in the end as it was only one more night they stayed in the same room, but the staff were again eager to ensure their stay was good. A great place to stay right on Gunwharf Quays very friendly and helpful staff will definitely stay there again. "

"Very good communication with reception when we phoned to let them know of our likely late arrival due to a motorway closure. Check in absolutely fine. Very happy to find the free Tesla Destination chargers, so a full battery in the morning. Nice bar (usual slightly high hotel prices) and a pretty good breakfast buffet."

"The rooms are big, modern, bright and very comfortable. Bathrooms are fine with large walk in showers, and well equipped. The check-in and food is served in the pub next door. Food is very good and staff excellent and very friendly. If you are going on a cruise, this hotel is about 20 minutes away from the cruise terminals, and very quiet and peaceful. This is the 4th time I've stayed here, and never had a problem."
