"Realy enjoyed my stay, although I feel it's more like 2.5 stars. Excellent location, plenty of dining options in a very close proximity, helpful staff, very clean rooms, secure gated parking, great breakfast options. If the hotel added the laundry room to the facilities, it would be golden. "

"The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. I was so disappointed but the front desk staff was excellent and professional. I will never eat in that restaurant if I ever come back to Lourdes.Dr.Mike"
