"This was a very comfortable house for a large family - with a spacious garden and well appointed rooms. In The kitchen was well equipped for mass catering, and the views from the north facing were stunning and uninterrupted. . The property managers were most helpful which allowed our stay to be so enjoyable. "

"House location was very good just few yards from the sea, but the facilities were very poor. This was the first time ever holiday where their were no bedsheets, no pillow covers, no blanket covers in any rooms, no towels and the worst part was we had been notified at the last minute to bring our own sheets and towels which is just a day before arrival. Some of the pots and pans were dirty not even washed so we were bit disappointed."

"This is a lovely house, clean, well appointed with everything needed. There is a lovely, spacious living room and an ensuite bedroom, along with two further bedrooms, ideal for a quiet getaway for two for for small family. The location is on a riverbank, about five minutes' walk from the centre of the friendly and frankly underrated town of Wadebridge in Cornwall. There are lovely river walks, shops and cafes to enjoy, and an superb jumping off point for visits to other parts of Cornwall. I hope...

"We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."
