"Excellent stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was located in the centre of Worcester. The room was clean, cosy and spacious. "Very well situated hotel in the heart of Malvern. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We opted for one of the cheaper rooms and so did not have a view, but the room itself was absolutely fine and was good value. We have found that more and more hotels are charging for parking, so the free parking here was very welcome."

"upon arrival Christina was very pleasant and helpful checking us in, we later returned to reception to book breakfast, this is time we were dealt with by Charmain, who was also pleasant and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us, we used the pool twice, which was a nice treat to have this downstairs , this too was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Overall a good experience all round, will book again if we need to stay in the area again"

"Started overnight for couple's spa break. Pool/spa facilities are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent amenities, though the TV was old and out dated, hard to navigate channels and didn't have any streaming apps. Restaurant food was great, only slight issue was speed of service. Started arriving before drinks and when we asked for our wine a second time just told "the bar is busy" no apology or even confirming it would be checked on. "
