"Room was not as advertised. We booked a room with 2 beds and were given a different room that only had one and a very uncomfortable couch. When I asked management they said there was an issue with the other room and the one we got was “better.” And did not solve the issue. The front door to the room did not lock. "We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Very nice, clean. Alessandro was very helpful. Nago is significantly elevated above Torbole which was not an issue but would have been nice to know it was more challenging to walk to Torbole daily for our activities/ event. We rented scooters and no issue"
