A building site next door, poorly cordoned off from back garden; broken balustrade; dirty floors; no towels (delivered after 5 hour wait); litter and other items strewn in garden; dirty hot tub; poor cleanliness in the property. Sadly I could go on. A lovely house in a pleasant village, but some attention to detail required to make for a pleasant stay. "
