"My second hotel in Jordan during this visit after a two day stopover at Aqaba . Decent hotel , neat and clean , challenge was air conditioning as it was cold always even if we set at 26 deg cent . Rest all standard . Needless to say , nothing comparable with my stay at AQABA … hotel / service / dining … experience , though it was another chain of hotel . "

"Overall, the value for the price was excellent. The property’s condition was outstanding, the environment was safe and quiet, and the staff was welcoming. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. I stayed for nine nights, and while my experience was largely positive, I was disappointed that the room was cleaned only four times. Additionally, the edges of the glass on the coffee table and side tables were quite sharp and should be rounded for safety."

"Newly renovated and tastefully decorated room with very comfy bed and powerful rain shower! Loved the complimentary toiletries. All staff were very courteous and eager to please you! Booked with half board - the iftar buffet dinner was abundance and tasty. The desserts were to die for - very pretty to look at and equally very tasty to eat! Breakfast was set-menu rather than buffet style - this could be due to Ramadan! Despite being a set menu, the quality of breakfast was never compromised."
