Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. "Great location close to the Roman City. We missed it when booking, but this is a shared bathroom accommodation (with only one toilet and shower available for all guests).
