"Communications prior to arrival regarding the check-in procedure were thorough and clear. Location is central, you can’t get anymore central than it! Room was comfortable. Snacks provided daily were a really nice touch. I highly recommend this place for staying. A suggestion might be to have a bin in the room, in addition to the small one in the bathroom."

"The room is awesome and extremely comfortable. Personal also attended even a small issue with the hot water in a fastest mode. Only I would suggest put a cartel of silence in the hall. Other guests arrived at 3 am and made a lot of noise without any respect to the rest of guests who were sleeping. Absolutely I recommend it."

"Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato presso il Casale Victoria durante la notte di San Silvestro e nei giorni seguenti e possiamo confermare entrambi di avere trascorso un'esperienza piacevole, completamente immersi nell'atmosfera rilassante del luogo ed al contempo molto vicini alla meta turistica del lago di Garda. "Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return."

"The view was a 10/10 and the surrounding areas were stunning. People around can understand English perfectly and the tourist are being treated very well. The hotel stuff, receptionist and cleaners were very good and helpful always available and kind."

"Amazing view, quiet, comfortable room. Excellent restaurant, quality of dishes and service worthy of a Michelin star. Unfortunately, there was one downside, when checking out from the hotel, you were charged for tea. SHAME"
