"I spent a lovely week at this property with my family, including our 4 children. We all had a wonderful time, 100% beach life as the house is only 200mt from the sea. The house is fully furnished and equipped, except for AC. The fans however, do a great job. The garden and the patio come very handy, especially for the children. "Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "
