"Super friendly owner. Clean and comfortable room and building. Wifi worked great, though the AC unit had switched from cold to hot for the building, but the fan worked. The whole town is very walkable so plenty of groceries and restaurants near by."

For a remote place with limited amenities in the immediate area this was very limiting and certainly detracted from the experience that it should have been. "Schöne Lage im alten Ortskern. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und recht schön. Alles in Ordnung somit. Wenn man am Wochenende übernachtet, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass es auf der Piazza unterhalb des Zimmers sehr laut werden kann und das bis weit in die Nacht. Deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne. Wir hatten an einem Sonntag eine Band die bis 23:45h gespielt hat und anschließend waren noch Gäste und Einwohner da die bis mindestens 01:00h sehr laut waren. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, aber man...

"Whatever you do don’t make the mistake we did and only stay for one night. This place is incredible. Elisabetta was so nice and helpful. The house is close to the train station and to town. Highly recommended borrowing the bikes and going for a ride down the old railway path alongside the sea. The breakfast was great the rooms were clean and cozy. The bathroom shower was incredible. 10/10 recommend!"

"The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you"

Week in Levanto

"We enjoyed the property, which worked well for our group of 7. It was fairly represented. Our only issue, which did not affect our satisfaction was communication. After checking in we had some questions about use and some supply issues. Each time we called whoever answered indicated they only spoke Italian and hung up. The second number asked that we text, which we did. He responded once and brought an extra key, but never again. We got by and handled ourselves, but would have appreciate better response"

Peaceful Retreat

"The villa was located in a very peaceful location we stayed as a family group of 8 and overall had a great stay although there were positives and negatives. Positives Lovely pool, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor terrace. Negatives Not much in the local area without a long drive, not enough sun beds. The fourth bedroom is the lounge with no air con. Air con not working in main bedroom and the agent was unable to fix this so uncomfortable sleeping. We had a good holiday but would not return. "
