"Andrea the host is very friendly and helpful. He helped us connect to Wifi right at check-in and showed us his files for information on dining, hiking, the train schedule. He even helped us get our hiking permits to use the trail to Vernassa which was harder than we expected since it was wet after the recent rains. So much to enjoy in Monterosso. Our room had a fridge and a tea kettle which was great. Bed was super comfy and Andrea made sure I had extra pillows that I requested in my reservation. I would recommend Albergo de Carugio 100%. Only consideration is you must climb some steps to get to the Albergo so if you are mobility limited, it might be a bit of a problem, but otherwise we were very happy here for our 3 night stay. Very easy walk to the train station. "

"Mirella and Francesco are amazing hosts! Mirella was always quick to respond to my numerous requests. The palazzo was the perfect venue for an intimate wedding and Mirella provided an amazing Italian feast and Francesco the perfect wine pairing. We (20 guests) had a magical week! "

"A beautiful, boutique hotel, with excellent facilities. Wonderful doing experiences with a clear focus of field to table. Lots of ingredients (including the wine) is grown by the hotel, in the surrounding area. Weather wasn’t great during our stay, but it didn’t dilute the beauty of the location, or the area, and the hotel put on a free pesto making demonstration (with wine!) as ‘compensation’ for the bad weather. It didn’t stop us from going in the pool either! Although we are wild swimmers from the UK… The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend booking here for your stay in Cinque Terre!"

It did not disappoint.the bed was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dora. If we ever get the opportunity to come back to Levanto Italy, we would definitely stay there again."

"Super friendly owner. Clean and comfortable room and building. Wifi worked great, though the AC unit had switched from cold to hot for the building, but the fan worked. The whole town is very walkable so plenty of groceries and restaurants near by."
