"Our stay from check in til check out was amazing. We were there for a mix of business and sightseeing. David at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable!!! He showed us how to get around to the major sites from a map. Made wonderful dinner recommendations and just was wonderfully kind. Breakfast is amazing every AM and o provided a toi go option for the days I was leaving early for conference, I cannot give enough stars df recommendation!!!!!"

"Outstanding hotel. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and most importantly they care about your comfort during your stay and go out of their way for you. The rooftop bar and food service were excellent. Food and drinks were great. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Florence."

"We just stayed here for the start of our honeymoon. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with a bottle of champagne, and accommodated everything that we needed.
