"I stayed in the apartment for two nights and loved it. It has all you need for a stay in historic Nettuno. I loved sitting on the balcony. You're on the 7th floor of the tallest building on the beach so it's impossible to get lost and the building has an elevator. It had air conditioning but I didn't need it as the ocean breeze and waves were a constant. It's easy walking distance to the borgo, train station and the American Cemetery.
