Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. "Er rigtig dejligt sted. Pænt og rent. Fin betjening. Men der var koldt. Værelset blev varmet op efter en dags tid, men spisesalen var kold. Og de kunne ikke trække betalingen fra mit kreditkort. Det fik vi at vide, da vi var kommet retur til Danmark. Der var en masse skriveri frem og tilbage, men heldigvis har vi venner i Tyskland, der kunne hjælpe, så det løste sig. Så det er en god ide at blive på stedet, til de har trykket pengene!"
