"Hotel exists here over 100 years! For Which I appreciate the family to keep it going! Over that rooms are little bit older (2010 ish) all was very clean staff great! Most beautiful was VERY NEW AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SPA ON THE ROOF!!! LOVE THAT! Also travelled with our Golden Retriever - for little cleaning fee 20€ which I understand they had no problem at all with our lovely dog, thank you for this amazing memory you gave us!!!<3"

"Not friendly towards international guests, the beds were very uncomfortable and the area is very noisy until very late at night, sometimes until 2am. The wardrobe was falling apart and the hooks for the towels in the bathroom fell since they weren't fixed properly on the door. The AC in the hallway was leaking for the 2 weeks I stayed there, right in front of my door. Also, there is a 10€ fee per day to use it in the room. "Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Maid and girl at check in were nice. Other than that, no service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for use of kitchenette contrary to Hotels.com listing. Great location."
