We loved this condo. Right on the beach clean and comfortable. Great food all around. Loved the scenery all around and loved the comfort knowing the whole place was secure, with locked gated doors.

Perfect Beach vacation

Perfect location
This property was just what we needed to enjoy time by the ocean in a chill atmosphere! The view was amazing - the kitchen gave us a chance to stay in for breakfast and lunch - end enjoy eating out later. Easy drive to San Diego too! We would love to come back - and Ed was a great host providing info, check ins, and even a fruit basket upon arrival!

Great vacation/getaway spot
Property was just as listed but better in person. Accommodated our family of 5 nicely. Place is right on beach with balcony looking right out to beach/pier. Clean and plenty of amenities. Great pizza spot across the street called Pizzeria Luigi. Would rent from again.

Great time at the beach
Ed and Sandy's place is perfect. Great location to everything, quiet beach front, super clean and awesome places close by to eat. We stayed here to attend our sons graduation from Marine boot camp. It was a wonderful place for him to spend his first couple of nights back in the civilian world. We love Imperial beach- not crowded, clean and safe.

Family time
Really enjoyed the property. Relaxing setting with great views. Loved that they provided a fruit basket and made sure we arrived safely and that all arrival info worked for us. A big plus for San Diego was the designated parking. Quiet and comfortable neighborhood with great restaurants.

PERFECT STAY!
What a great location! Imperial Beach is our new destination of choice for San Diego. Great Pier, Beaches are not over crowded and ease of access into the city. Thank You so much to Ed and Sandy for sharing this magical place with us! Oh yes, let me not forget to mention how much the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. One word, Perfect!

Great views, Very clean, everything you will need for your vacation.
This place was the best we have stayed at using VRBO. The owners Ed and Sandy really care about your stay at their condo, they kept in contact with us throughout to make sure we got there and that we had everything as well as checking in right before we left and wished us a safe trip home. This place has the best location to beach, playground for our young grandsons, and restaurants. Next time we go down to San Diego we will definitely be calling for this place. Jill & Eloy

The views of the ocean, beach and pier were awesome. Great for walks. Restaurants walkable. The beds were comfortable, secure parking, and space in condo were excellent (had new: in-suite washer & dryer, microwave, fridge and dishwasher) Interior could use some updating. Only 25-30 minute drive from San Diego Old Town, Hop on Hop off tour and Zoo. The host, Ed was very helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Second time staying
This was our second tune staying in the same condo. Last summer we visited and had a great vacation with our two children (age 17 and 25). This year we returned to watch our son graduate from Marine Corps boot camp. This location was perfect to get out of the busy downtown area. We love Imperial Beach and will be back again! Beachfront Fun!
This condo was terrific. The view is absolutely incredible. Right on the beach! We had the pool to ourselves and the grounds are well kept and secure. The condo was clean and conveniently located. Ed was super to work with. He was very responsive and accommodated our reservation with only 24 hours advance notice. Our kids loved the beach toys, games and videos. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time in Imperial Beach. A great location and property! So glad we stayed here!
Our family of five stayed here for a few nights and loved it. We loved the laid back, friendly feel of the area, the beach and park right outside the door, the restaurants close by, and the view from the balcony and windows. We swam in the pool every night with the kids and that was such a great way to end the day. We loved opening up the windows and listening to the sound of the waves. The condo was a great setting for our first family trip to the beach. We drove up to Coronado Beach one day and we're so glad we stayed in Imperial Beach instead. Just as beautiful, easier beach access, and friendlier people. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Experience
The condo is amazing! It was spotless with new appliances! The beds are very comfortable. All beach chairs, toys, beach towels were provided. Ed is an amazing landlord. He was helpful and generous. The unit is right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean and pier. We are definitely returning

Really a jewel
Loved our stay in Imperial Beach. It is still a funky little beach town with a great local flavor. Our casa was right on the beach and the beach was beautiful. Easy trip to Coronado and other parts north via 75. The local restaurants are great and it was really nice having the ability to stock the kitchen with food from the local grocery store. So quiet at night, nothing but the waves hitting the beach, just fantastic. I will definitely go back if Ed and Sandy will have me!! No need for us to look anywhere else.

Perfect location!
My husband, 2 teens and myself stayed for a week. The location is perfect! The kids could go to the beach and we could see them from the patio. Living room window overlooks the ocean and we had access to a full kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were also able to use the swimming pool and hot tub. There are so many shops and restaurants around so we could walk to dinner every night. Ed and Sandy had a fruit basket there when we arrived and called to make sure we made it in ok. We had an amazing vacation!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Imperial Beach!
Thank you, Ed and Sandy, for opening your home to us. This was our first time using VacationRentals and we will use them again. Everything Ed and Sandy described for the condo was spot on. We loved the ocean view and being able to walk 1 minute to the beach. We loved having everything provided for us like dishes, pots and pans, towels and washer and dryer. We are not big city folks, so not having to stay in San Diego, but being close enough to enjoy the city was a perfect fit for us. Thank you again and we will definitely recommend Ed and Sandy and VacationRentals to all our friends!

Long overdue CA getaway
My husband and I came to CA to attend our nephews graduation from the Navy Seals SWCC program and stayed at this wonderful property on Imperial Beach enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning watching surfers The condo had everything we needed and the area is easy to get around We especially liked having coffee at Ye Ole Plank Inn about a block away and The Brigantine restaurant was very good for a nice sit down meal (especially if you like seafood) The property owner Ed is easy to reach and very helpful with any questions we had My sister brother in law and nephew stayed with us a couple of nights there was plenty of room San Diego has a lot to see so hopefully we can come back and will definitely stay at this location if it’s available:)
