"We had the most amazing stay at Matt and Gabrielle’s property. The place is so well equipped, left us wanting for nothing. The location was ideal, very central and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with Matt and Gabrielle was so welcoming, easy and fast. Sonia was there to greet us when we arrived. Again…very welcoming and she was incredibly helpful. Airport pick up and drop offs were organised for us, and we were accommodated to regarding check in...

"This condo was spacious and well maintained. It has a huge patio where we sat each afternoon enjoying a nice glass of wine. It was extremely comfortable throughout the condo and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Joaquim was a good host and we had no difficulties during our stay. "This top floor apartment had lovely views of the town and was in a perfect location for not only the town but in addition the beaches and Marina. The pool area was not overly busy and was quiet and secluded with pleasant lawns , trees and plants. The apartment itself was sufficiently roomy for the 3 of us with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Helpfully there were essential items left in the kitchen such as herbs, oils and spices as well as spare toiletries in the bathrooms....

"My experience was good, the property has a average size but for the price its charge it should have a bit of more comfort, it should have better mattresses. Very hard and uncomfortable, missing like a kettle, the rest was good!! cleanliness excellente, bed sheet very clean i was quite impressed. Excellente location, and owner of the house was lovely all the time, very caring and attentive."

"My friends and I had the best time at this property! It was clean and had such a nice view. This property had an enormous pool with a fantastic view, along with a little restaurant/bistro and bar on site. We took a short walk to an amazing beach and short distance to Old Town that has so many great restaurants, bars and shops. Our hosts also recommended a fantastic restaurant along the boardwalk. Definitely recommend :)!!"

"Very spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment in a superb location in a quiet residential area just 5minutes walk from the centre of Alvor. The small condominium is beautifully maintained and mainly occupied by long term residents making it a very quiet and safe oasis. Communication with Sandra the owner is excellent. "The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The host was great! Helena kept in contact with us and came to visit us to check that we were happy. If you’re planning on staying here with the intention to travel to surrounding areas I’d advise you to rent a car. Getting a cab can be quite difficult at times. Other than that, this place is perfect!"

"We loved our stay. The location of the vila was a peaceful little beach style apartment with a wonderful porch to relax and listen to birds and hear waves from the beach close by. The apartment was cozy with all necessary amenities and is nice and close to amazing beaches and restaurants & shops in the quaint town of Ferragudo! September was a great time to visit as it wasn't too busy and the weather was perfect for the beach:)"

"We really enjoyed our stay at João property it is in a great location near to the beach with shops and restaurants closeby it gets busy for parking in the daytime but I always found a space later when finished for the day, the condo was really nice, clean with all facilities and comfy beds the pool was great for a morning swim no one turns up until 10:30 so we had it to ourselves! The air con was a much needed extra with the heat getting upto near 40deg, all messages to João were answered...
