"The strength of this resort are their staff, warm and professional , the transportation and their beach and golf facilities. Their breakfast in terms of the food taste and quality and the area was a let down. The resort had just too many guest to be accomodated by the place alloted. "5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. "

We had to change rooms to get the room type we requested, and the room we ultimately ended up in had construction going on in the hiding next to it, even through the evening, so sleep was difficult.
