"Aaron & Ara have everything you need to make your vacation effort less!Their villa is perfect, beds are comfy, place is clean and very neat. We followed their instructions turning off the ACs while not staying in the villa and when we got back turned them both on in 15 min the villa was cold enough to our satisfaction. Must stay if you want to spend time at Playa Buye, though we went to Playa Sucia more as we loved that beach better and was an easy ride from the villa to light house/playa sucia...

"The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. There is a lingering mildew smell in the air, and when you open the kitchen drawers and cabinets the smell is very heavy and you can actually see the fungus growing inside of the...

"The home was an absolute masterpiece. Bravo to the designer. We were one of three groups staying for a funeral. Each staying at a different house/condo. Ours was the best home by far! The home exceeded our expectations. So many different places to explore and enjoy. Comfortable furniture and beds. Beach within minutes. Slight issue with one of the AC units which was quickly fixed. we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Maria for always being quickly reachable. "

No closet space or draw space except for a nightstand so I just lived out my suitcase which was fine with me. No TV’s in bedroom only in the common area. Property manager awesome at responding to all messages sent. The street was not as busy as I expected. There are a few stores near by but close early if you used to city life. "Property was not ready to receive guests. Pictures are not updated. The property was dark and didn’t have a welcoming atmosphere. Location has the appearance of isolation and abandonment. Gate fob didn’t work, inside the property was dark and lights didn’t work. The number provided was wrong. My partner and I were very disappointed that we opted to stay elsewhere. I strongly don’t recommend this place."
